Shopfront / shutter

Planning permission is required for any alterations to your shop front that would materially change the appearance of the premises. For example, replacing doors, shopfronts and windows are most likely to effect the outward appearance of the property and therefore planning permission is required.
Planning permission is required to install any signboards, be these traditional non-illuminated signs or modern illuminated signs.
